Biography

Born on 10th September 1960 in Đakovo, Republic of Croatia.

High School for Economics in Mostar completed in 1979, and graduate degree received from the Faculty of Economics in Mostar in 1983. From 1996 until 2011, she was awarded several certificates: for Auditor & Accountant; for preparation of analyses, business plans, assessments and investment programs, programs for companies restructuring; Consulting Excellence (organized by USAID), for the Certified Auditor – Specialist for the Banks and Other Financial Institutions,

Since 1984 until the present, she has been holding numerous important positions, inter alia, she was Researcher I, II and Project Team Leader in the aviation industry company Soko Stock Co. Mostar, Head of the Department for Accounting and Finance at JAS Ltd. Mostar, collaborator of the Expert Team for Privatization of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (1996-1997), Director of Soko Finance Ltd. Mostar, Director of Internal Audit in the Croatian Posts Stock Co. Mostar, Member of the Managing Board of the Agency for Banking of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Chairperson of the Audit Board at “Aluminij” Stock Co. Mostar.
