Milan Sitarski, was born in 1971 in Belgrade, Serbia. He is a member of the Expert Team at the Institute for Social and Political Research (IDPI) in Mostar. Mr. Sitarski graduated history from the University in Belgrade. He is a certified trainer for Policy Paper Writing with 29 trainings and consultancies in the Western Balkans (2004 – 2012) for around 600 direct beneficiaries. From 2004 – 2011, he served as a coordinator at the Centre for Religious Studies (CIRel) at the Belgrade Open School. Mr. Sitarski is an editor of four policy papers on multi-sector cooperation of religious communities. From 2002 to 2007, he was also a researcher and co-author of five books published after six researches of Internet users and the lecturer on the EU institutions, EU politics, and regional Western Balkans political development. From 2011, he resides in Mostar.
